MoonJune Records - 20th Anniversary Celebration - Nothing Is Ordinary Leaving The Dream - BIG PROMOTIONAL SALE
Exactly 20 years ago, around my 39th birthday (May 17, 2001) my MoonJune Records odyssey started as a side amateur gig, aimed to help a few friends and a few progressive bands from Italy, while still working for the legendary Studio T Graphics located at Union Square in Manhattan. I had no idea what I was doing then.
In a very extensive interview with Chris Slawecki for All About Jazz in 2018, I have recounted how this MoonJune odyssey actually started. You can read the whole interview here:
The stew was boiling slowly but progressively during the whole 90's, but a series of events in 2000, starting with January 1st 2000, when I reconnected with my old friend, the legendary Elton Dean, everything has changed, exponentially. And my life has changed forever.
Thank You all from the support all these years, and above all, I am grateful and thankful to all musicians who made my one-man-operated label, bigger than my life, with their extraordinary and uncompromising talent.
